We’re opening up Momentify’s data for custom integrations and automation. Developers can now connect Momentify directly with internal systems, dashboards, or custom workflows—enabling deeper insights and operational flexibility across your events and facilities. Learn more about it here.

AI Summaries (Powered by Momentify Intelligence)
After each event, Momentify will now automatically generate a smart summary of what happened and what to do next. Each summary includes three parts: a high-level event Overview, a Moments Comparison across your activations, and actionable Recommendations for follow-up. It’s a fast, insightful way to review impact and align your team around next steps.

Template & Content Management
Select workspaces can now manage their own templates—including registration fields, traits, and results screens—without needing Momentify support. This gives teams more flexibility to update content, test new engagement strategies, and stay aligned with brand guidelines. If you’d like access to this feature, contact the Momentify team. New Product Analytics Platform
We’ve implemented a new analytics engine on the backend to help us identify bugs, measure usage patterns, and continuously improve Momentify. This ensures we’re building features based on real-world behaviors and resolving issues faster across the board.

Smarter Ordering for Anonymous Sessions
Anonymous sessions are now ordered by session time, giving you a clearer picture of when and how interactions occurred—especially in high-traffic environments where names aren’t captured.

Quickly View Lead Notes
Quickly scan lead notes without opening a lead view. You can now hover directly over a lead’s note icon in the Leads Table to preview details instantly, making it easier to prioritize and follow up.

Inline Lead Temperature Editing
Adjust a lead’s temperature directly from the Leads Table with a single click. No need to open a detailed view—this change helps teams triage and take action faster during and after events.

Smarter Smart Columns
We’re enhancing Smart Columns to support more complex rules based on multiple field selections. For example, you’ll soon be able to automatically group leads who are marked “Hot” and express follow-up interest—unlocking more powerful lead segmentation and scoring.
